When you first pull into the driveway, you're unsure whether to run to the beach, steps away, or discover all three and a half floors of the home. The main floor is comfortable with a huge HDTV above the fireplace, ocean vistas while seated or on the decks, a BBQ grille, a screened porch, and a kitchen, which accepts the chefs to remain part of the great room conversations. Spiral stairs lead to a loft where kids can call their own, or adults can escape for some secluded time.

The washer/dryer is conveniently located on the middle level. The lower level has a sizable game room with a pool table and a wet bar. Exit the slider to the private pool area with a hot tub, where you may spend most of your time during the week. What could be better than a enormous, well-appointed home close to the beach and private pool?

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to family pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Located in Avon, this vacation home is near the beach.   • Double-check the vacation property to confirm that you've packed all of your belongings on check-out day. Re-check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Please make sure to walk through the rental one final time and scan for any damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the host whenever you can. If the host isn't available, remember to take photographs of the property to record its condition.
