OCEANFRONT Waves- Sea Isle Hills Dr. Luxury and comfort are the hallmarks of this roomy oceanfront home. This four-level flagship gives you the space for enormous gatherings and privacy when you need it. You enter the home from the double driveway and carport where there are two outdoor showers and a astounding private swimming pool. The main bedroom level has four sizable bedrooms and three full bathrooms. There is a double bunk room, one with two singles and two queen suites with sliding doors to the oceanside deck. Walk up the steps to a giant great room with home theater system with 52" LCD/HDTV with DVD player and surround sound, vaulted ceilings, skylights and unlimited vistas of the ocean. A huge kitchen and dining room make this the ideal place for family and friends to stretch out. From the great room you can step outside to the furnished upper deck, relax in the hot tub, or check out the action in the pool down below. Set above the great room are two elegant king suites, each with TV/DVDs and their own full bath and private balcony! There's is no place like SUNTANA for your family vacation.

*Please note that this property has a pool that can be heated for $600. Pool heaters, when pool heat is purchased, are set to 80 degrees, but pool temperature cannot be guaranteed.

We suggest inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager is not available, ensure that you take pictures of the rental to record its condition.
