SOUNDSIDE Avon - Kinnakeet Shores - If you haven't yet discovered the beauty of the soundside, you must book a week at EDEN. The meandering roads through the lush greenery of the Kinnakeet Shores soundside community provide opportunity for morning strolls and evening bicycle rides. Travel the multi-use path to eateries and shopping just mins. away. Beach access is just a few blocks away using the modest bridge over the community lake. And best of all, EDEN offers vistas of both the ocean and the sound for sunrise and sunset viewing from the home. Entertainment options include shining private swimming pool with poolside Tiki bar and calming waters of the bubbly hot tub close by. The game room is just inside the sliders for appreciating a game of pool or try your luck at the poker table. A wet bar with mini refrigerator gives place to store snacks and drinks A full bath and bedroom with two pyramid bunk beds round out this level. Upstairs on the mid-level are three more bedrooms, two kings share a common full bath and the third is a king master with private bath. All three bedrooms have access to the deck and all bedrooms in the home have their own TV. The mid-level den provides a respite from the group to relax and watch your favorite show or movie on the home theater system with surround sound. Upstairs, gather in the cavernous great room for conversation and fellowship. Prepare succulent temptations in the well appointed kitchen with breakfast bar and tons of counterspace. - To get the best value, consider changing your group's vacation to the Spring or Fall shoulder seasons. May, September, and October offer excellent temperatures, , and greatly reduced traffic.
