OCEANFRONT Salvo - Colony Drive You'll get a PEACEFUL EASY FEELING in this thoughtfully furnished beach home with open floorplan filled with windows displaying uninterrupted vistas of the ocean. As you pull into the concrete drive providing plenty of parking, unload your beach gear into the lockable under-home storage area and enter through the dry entry to find the washer/dryer and four comfortable bedrooms. Two queen bedrooms share a uniquely designed bathroom combination that feels like each has its own private master bath: each bedroom has a door leading into its own powder room with sink and toilet, which then lead into a shared room with a tub/shower. The tub/shower room also has a door from the hall. There are two more bedrooms, a king and a bunk room that share a full bath between them. The deck on this level is home to the dreamy hot tub in which you are nearly guaranteed a PEACEFUL EASY FEELING. The great room envelopes you in blue sky and blue water vistas through the windows that wrap around the room and reach from floor to cathedral ceiling. Cozy seating surrounds the huge, flat screen TV and two dining tables seat the entire group at mealtime. The kitchen is cavernous providing room for more than one prepare. Sliders lead to the wraparound deck providing morning and afternoon sunbathing or for gazing at the billion stars all around. Step up to the game room loft to find a couple of seating areas in front of a flat screen TV with a pool table and foosball table for some indoor fun. A 5th bedroom is found on the great room level and has a single bed with pull out trundle along with a table suitable for board games.
