OCEANFRONT Avon - Sanctuary is discovered at CAKE BY THE OCEAN, a five-bedroom oceanfront getaway located in the sand dunes on a peaceful side road, within walking distance to the Avon Fishing Pier. Beach access couldn't be easier with a boarded walk directly from the home to the community boardwalk to the beach. Commune with nature, gaze, smell, and hear the countless waves from the roomy top-level deck with both sunny and covered areas providing a restful haven. The open great room with vaulted ceilings, comfortable furnishings, enormous flat screen TV, kitchen and oceanfront dining area will greet you with impressive ocean vistas. There are also two king bedrooms on this top level that share a full hall bath. The king master bedroom with private bath can be found on the first level along with a queen bedroom and a king bedroom that share a full bath. A game room with sizable screen TV, foosball table and pub table opens to a cavernous screened porch with calming and meditation area. Embrace outdoor living with a fish cleaning table with water and lights, an outside shower, and a hammock to relax after fishing and surfing. A hot and cold outside shower greets you on your return from the beach for a fast rinse. Kids and adults alike will appreciate the private saltwater swimming pool with close by hot tub and Tiki bar, ideal for relaxing and playing in the sun. Now you can have your CAKE BY THE OCEAN and have meals in it too.
