SAILFISH IN AVON is A delightful beach bungalow located on an ocean front cul de sac that is seconds away from beach access. You do not have to cross a street to go over the dunes.! You just walk to the next door neighbor and there you will find the wooden walkway to the beach. YOU WILL FALL IN LOVE WITH THE OCEAN VIEW FROM THE SPACIOUS TOP DECK! We also accept family pets. This home is a comfortable one. The top floor has an OPEN CONCEPT kitchen, living and dining area. The top level also has the master bedroom and full bath. The first level has 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths. There are 3 queen beds .and 4 individual twin beds in the home to accommodate 10 guests. Guests need to bring their own pillow
cases, sheets, and towels. There is also a laundry area. GUESTS SHOULD ALSO EXPECT TO BRING SOAPS OF ALL TYPES, PERSONAL, SHAMPOO, DISHWASHER SOAP, WASHING MACINE SOAP.
Sailfish has a outdoor shower that features hot and cold water, a charcoal grille, a fish cleaning table and a basketball goal. BRING YOUR OWN BASKETBALL.
