Enhanced by the natural elements of coastal living with a sophisticated touch, this open and airy home gives every member of your group, including your welcomed dog, the ideal laid-back getaway to reconnect with themselves and each other.
Arrive at this coveted Ocean View Drive location and pull your car into the covered parking area. As you unpack in the dry-entry area, note the outdoor shower and fish cleaning station that will surely prove convenient throughout your stay. Inside on the ground level is a refrigerator to store additional drinks and groceries and a washer/dryer to effortlessly wash beach towels for the next day. Discover four of the home’s elegantly furnished five bedrooms, all of which include Intelligent TVs, on the first level: a king master with private ensuite bath and a slider to the deck; another king with a slider to the deck; a queen; and a kid’s room featuring both a single bunk bed and a pyramid bunk bed. These rooms all share a full hallway bathroom. Between the first and second level decks sits a six-person hot tub, the ideal place to soak in the relaxing waters, a star-filled sky, or the mesmerizing rhythm of the ocean’s waves.
The final bedroom, a master king, is located on the top level and features a sizable private bathroom with a roomy walk-in shower and dual sinks. A slider leads to an ocean-facing deck to appreciate peaceful mornings with your coffee or shady afternoons with a good book. Step into the wood-beamed cathedral ceilinged great room to join the family for those vacation moments that are ultimately etched in memory. A three-seat breakfast counter fronts a well-equipped kitchen featuring granite countertops and a walk-in pantry. Get the best rental value:
- June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Hatteras area. To book the largest rental within budget, we highly recommend reserving in Spring or Fall. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at the beach and popular attractions. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the high season. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Hatteras vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
- Book your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules often become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups book their Summer rental homes during Christmas and Thanksgiving gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
- Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host if your group qualifies for a discount.
- Booking websites frequently offer guests an option to add vacation insurance.
