OCEANFRONT Waves- Sea Isle Hills Dr. - SEADUCTION is certain to entice you to want to stay here forever. Everything you will need to complete your vacation fantasy has been considered. The entry level features a bedroom with 1 set of bunk beds and a private bath. The second floor features three bedrooms (1 master w/private bath and deck access, 2 w/shared bath). A game room with foosball, flat screen TV, DVD player and games opens to a enormous shaded deck with calming ocean breezes. Another master suite on the top floor completes the generous sleeping arrangements. Each bedroom offers a 40" flat screen TV. The third level Juniper paneled great room's focus is directed at the bespoke constructed-in entertainment center and 50” flat screen TV. The top level deck with screened in dining porch and porch swing takes advantage of picture ideal vistas. The huge kitchen is well equipped to handle the most demanding crew. But beware! Just as the Sirens tempted the sailors of old, you'll find the attraction to SEADUCTION irresistible.

Located in Waves, this vacation home is on the beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Outer Banks Beaches and Cape Hatteras National Seashore. How to get the best rental home value:

  • Book your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules often open 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families book their Summer vacation rentals during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal NC. Booking in Spring or Fall is an excellent way to save on your vacation home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of acceptable properties. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner or host if your family qualifies for a price reduction.
  • Property management companies often offer their guests an option to obtain trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed days as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or extra fuel expenses.
