The dining area seats 8 with a wet bar/sink combo. The well-equipped kitchen has refreshed appliances, a breakfast bar seating 5, and deck access. Off the Great Room is access to Bedroom #5, the King Master Bedroom with a flat-screen TV, deck access and sunroom access with sound vistas, and a private full bathroom with a whirlpool tub and shower. As a additional, make your way up to the loft, from the dining area, which has seating for 6.

Linens and towels are included all year. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made except for sleep couches, top bunk beds, and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom, and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
