PPlus, Lee's Landing gives you simple access to Hatteras beaches via community walkway! Lee's Landing also features a private pool and hot tub, ideal for splashing around and hanging out with the family.

The first floor game room features fun for the whole family including a pool table, wet bar, and flat screen TV.
