Perfectly located, you’ll find Frisco Mini Golf & Go-Karts, Cape Hatteras Lighthouse, and Avon Fishing Pier all within a 13-mile radius. Spend a day calming on the beach, playing a fun round of mini-golf in a spirited ambiance, or simply appreciating the handsome expansive ocean vistas. You’ll also have access to the shared pool at Club Hatteras where you can lounge poolside all afternoon with a cold drink and a good book.

Inside, you’ll feel right at home in the welcoming bright white interiors and cozy living area while snuggled up on the couch to stream your favorite shows. Appreciate creating delicious home-cooked meals in the full kitchen, then gather to share dinner and play board games at the adjacent dining table. Following a fun day of beach adventure, utilize the private washer/dryer for any additional sandy gear and then kick back on the balcony to watch the sunset and prepare for another magical day.

Guests have access to our pool at Club Hatteras; located at 41156 Hwy 12, Avon. The pool is typically open Memorial Day through Labor Day - weather permitting and subject to close without notice.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already supplied in your quote when selecting "Yes" to family pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is complimentary parking available for 2 cars.

Finding the best value:

  • Summer months are high season in Frisco. Booking your vacation home in Spring or Fall is one of our best tips for saving money on your rental home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable homes. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer.
  • Owners sometimes offer discounts for veterans and active duty military. Make sure to check with your host or property manager to see if special offers are available for your group before you book.
  • Property management companies often offer renters an option to add trip insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra fuel expenses.   • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Residents can usually help. Who better to ask where to get the best seafood, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for BBQ?
  • Just before checking out, take a walk-through to make sure you have not leave anything behind. Re-check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Inspect the property a final time and look for damages to contents or the property itself. We suggest walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host is not available, remember to take photos of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did your family have a fantastic vacation? Many rental managers make it easy for guests to provide reviews. If your rental and/or property management company was fantastic, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was defective and they failed to fix it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your review.
