If you are looking for a cute and conveniently located vacation rental, look no further than Pink Heaven! This adorable three-bedroom, two-bath home is ideal for a modest family. Enter through the shaded front porch entrance. A enormous sectional couch in the living area offers plenty of seating, while the huge flat screen TV offers streaming services so you can savor your favorite shows. There are also DVDs available for movie nighttime. The kitchen is well-appointed with all of the items needed. A Keurig type coffee maker is here for that first cup of the day.

Outside, you can appreciate the outside shower to wash off the sand. There are two grilles, one is a park style charcoal grille and the other is a gas grille. There is a great conversation area under the home with comfortable seating. Cushions are in the storage box located close by.

The owner of Pink Paradise has supplied a Nema 14-50 amp receptacle for electric car charging.

Linens are thoughtfully supplied.

Appreciate access to the Kinnakeet Shores pool and tennis facilities, located just behind the Sun Realty office in Avon.

This property is pet-friendly (dogs only). There is an additional charge for guests bringing family pets, which will be added and collected after booking. Pet costs range from $161-231 depending on the property, and will be assessed state and local taxes.
