This well-appointed, classic Hatteras Island beach bungalow offers a convenient one-level floor plan with modern amenities including WiFi, stainless steel appliances, 4 digital intelligent TVs, stereo, and more. For your convenience, sheets and towels are included.

The home has been attractively decorated with a cathedral great room, calming colors, wood floors, comfortable furnishings and an overall beach vibe. The home provides glimpses of the ocean and striking sound and sunset vistas from the roomy wrap around deck boasting southern exposure. The central location provides a short walk to the beach and the sound, and is located near Kitty Hawk Kites, Real Watersports, numerous eateries and the Rodanthe Fishing Pier.

Easterly is ideal for folks on a budget who don’t want to sacrifice quality. Come experience Easterly; its appeal will blow you away! This home does not allow partial week stays.

Easterly is pet-friendly. There is an additional charge for guests bringing family pets, which will be added and collected after booking. Pet costs range from $161-231 depending on the property, and will be assessed state and local taxes.

Getting the most from your vacation rental budget:

• Book your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rentals during Winter holiday get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
• June, July, and August are the most expensive months along the coast of NC. To find the best value, consider changing your family's Hatteras vacation dates to the Spring or Fall seasons. May, September, and October offer great weather, less crowded beaches, and reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the high season.
• Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host whether your family qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
• Management companies and individual rental owners typically offer their guests an option to add trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which generally will cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed trip time as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for additional information.
