Guests can appreciate the relaxing sundeck and dock for a really calming vacation hideaway. It's important for all guests to remember to bring their own linens, towels, and paper products. The Native Sun bungalow is decorated and furnished according to the owner's preferences, providing a comfortable and personalized ambiance. Essential amenities such as a coffee maker, microwave, toaster, pots/pans, dishes, cutlery, silverware, glasses, bed pads, pillows, and blankets/comforter are supplied for convenience. Additionally, reservation costs, partial stay costs, tax, and insurance apply to ensure a smooth booking process.
In case of cancellation or change in any reservation, no refund will be made by Dolphin Realty or the owners we represent unless the unit is re-rented and confirmed by the newer reservation for the cancelled period. All cancellations and changes are subject to a $75.00 charge, reservation fee; Trip Cancellation and Travel Insurance premium, Property Protection and Credit Card Processing Fee if applicable.
