2023 Renovation! Roomy 2 bedroom ( one bedroom is a loft), 2 bathroom condo. Cozy, comfortable family area for TV and games. View some of the best sunsets on Hatteras Island while appreciating drinks on the cavernous new deck after a day at the beach. We have a king bedroom with a private full bath and the second bedroom is a second floor loft with 2 twin beds! It is a short 4 min. walk to the beach. Ideal for a family of 4 , or 2 couples. Walking distance to great eateries, ice cream and stores. Less than an mile to the Avon fishing pier. Swimming and Tennis supplied at the Kinnakeet Shores pool, tennis and pickleball courts, located 2 miles south in the Kinnakeet Shores neighborhood, located behind the Food Lion.
We are often told that the photos do not do the condo justice.
The dock is privately owned. It is great to look at, but it is not available for us to use. There is a boat ramp on property to launch kayaks.
We are a Saturday to Saturday rental from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend. 3 nighttime minimum during the off-season.
About the Area
Located in Avon, this condo is on the waterfront. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Outer Banks Beaches and Cape Hatteras National Seashore. Ocean Air Sports and Hatteras Island Boardsports are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

- Book your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules often open 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacations during Christmas and Thanksgiving get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
