2023 Renovation! Roomy 2 bedroom ( one bedroom is a loft), 2 bathroom condo. Cozy, comfortable family area for TV and games. View some of the best sunsets on Hatteras Island while appreciating beverages on the roomy new deck after a day at the beach. We have a king bedroom with a private full bath and the second bedroom is a second floor loft with 2 twin beds! It is a short 4 min. walk to the beach. Ideal for a family of 4 , or 2 couples. Walking distance to great eateries, ice cream and stores. Less than an mile to the Avon fishing pier. Swimming and Tennis included at the Kinnakeet Shores pool, tennis and pickleball courts, located 2 miles south in the Kinnakeet Shores neighborhood, located behind the Food Lion.
We are often told that the photos do not do the condo justice.
The dock is privately owned. It is great to look at, but it is not available for us to use. There is a boat ramp on property to launch kayaks.
We are a Saturday to Saturday rental from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend. 3 nighttime minimum during the off-season.

About the Area

Located in Avon, this condo is on the waterfront. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Outer Banks Beaches and Cape Hatteras National Seashore. Ocean Air Sports and Hatteras Island Boardsports are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

Getting the most from your budget:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months along the coast of NC. To find the best value, consider shifting your family's Hatteras vacation week to the Spring or Fall months. May, September, and even October offer warmer weather, fewer crowds, and greatly reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Hatteras vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
  • The sooner your group can book a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The most desirable vacation rentals are booked early. Booking your rental six - twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to plan and book your rental property.
