With access to both oceanfront and soundside decks, viewing sunrises and sunsets are daily favorite activities. When it's time to end the day, the master bedroom welcomes you with a king bed, private bath, TV, oceanfront deck access and brilliant blue ocean vistas. Just steps away is the second bedroom with a queen and a single bed along with the full hall bath next to the laundry closet with your own washer/dryer. Not only is this property located in the village of Rodanthe, central to shopping, eateries and activities, but there are excellent resort amenities on site including a grilling area with picnic tables, outdoor showers, huge community pool (open May - September) and a nice, wide boardwalk to the beach.   • Summer months are high season in Rodanthe. Booking your vacation home in Fall or Spring months is an excellent way to save money on your vacation rental. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of desirable homes. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the high season. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Hatteras vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
  • The sooner your group can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable rental homes are reserved very early. Booking your rental up to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and book your vacation home.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner or host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a discount.
  • Property management companies usually offer their guests an option to purchase vacation insurance protection.
