From this unique location, on a point of land extending into the Pamlico Sound, guests can savor elegant sunrises from the front porch and phenomenal sunsets from the back deck. You can arrive at the best beaches in just mins. by car because Breezy Point is centrally located to beach access for Cape Point and Frisco's South Beach. The ground level has ample parking, carports, a storage area with a half bath, and bulk heading for simple windsurfing and a kayak launch, fishing, and crabbing from the dock. The first level has four roomy bedrooms. The main suite has a private bath, and two bedrooms all have private entrances to the sizable deck with a hot tub and sound vistas. The hall bath provides access from the hall and the fourth bedroom. The laundry closet is conveniently located on the first level. The second level has a full bath, cathedral ceilings, warm wood accents, comfortable furnishings, and a well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and a formal dining area. Wide sundecks, a screened porch, and a covered porch complete the second floor. The enormous, third-level loft with a sun deck offers tremendous vistas of the sound, marvelous sunsets, and nighttime stargazing.

Located on the waterfront, this vacation home is in Brigands' Bay, a neighborhood in Frisco. Frisco Native American Museum and Graveyard of the Atlantic Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Frisco Mini Golf and Go Karts and Buxton Seafood. • Ensure you protect the owner (and your stuff!) by locking the rental while you are out, just like you would at home.
• Don't leave anything behind! Just before departing, take a walk through the rental property to reconfirm you've collected all of your things. Make sure to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Walk through the property a final time and scan for any damage. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever you can. If the manager isn't available, remember to take photos of the property to record its condition.
