The private boardwalk to the sound includes steps to the water so you'll be cooling off in no time. After a day of fun, catch an memorable sunset from two levels of outdoor decks on the backside of the home.

Catch the wind or the water right from your backyard! Not only is Hatteras Island a favorite location for kayaking and SUP, but it’s also one of the most sought-after destinations in the world for kiteboarding and windsurfing!

When entering the home, you'll find the game room equipped with a pool table, TV, stereo, and mini-refrigerator. Challenge friends to a game of pool or other games after a day in the sun. You'll also find a bedroom and half bathroom on this level.

As you reach the next level of the home, you'll find the remaining four bedrooms. Four bedrooms have TVs, so choosing your bedroom will not be hard. Two bedrooms have direct deck access so grab you can wake up to the serenity of the Island as you are surrounded by nature. You won't want to miss a sunset from this spot - they're unbeatable!

After reaching the third floor of the home, you'll notice the open floor plan. The cavernous living areas offer plenty of seating for your whole crew. Take advantage of quality time together here. The kitchen and dining areas offer plenty of space for preparing delicious recipes and appreciating them together. Sip your morning cup of joe from the top deck as you overlook the sound.
