You'll adore the mesmerizing oceanfront view right from the living room or while calming in an Adirondack chair on the sundeck. The early-risers in your group will be treated to phenomenal sunrises. This generously appointed and comfortable home is decorated with a fun, island flair and is well-equipped for your stay. A separate kids' hideaway on the first floor accepts parents time and space to relax. After a fun-filled day at the beach you can relax in the 6-person hot tub. Plan to spend your vacation this year in PARROT'DISE.

Dogs are welcome for a fee of $200/dog/week.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the $200 weekly fee will apply for each dog and will be added once your reservation is finalized.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-returnable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
• Book your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups book their Summer vacation rentals during holiday get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
• Hosts sometimes offer rate reductions for veterans. It's always a good idea to check with your property manager to see if special offers are available for your family.
• Property managers typically offer guests an option to add trip insurance. Trip insurance, which usually will cost you between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional gas expenses.
