After quickly unloading your belongings into the all-level elevator for a ride upstairs, escape to the impressive outdoor entertainment area. The private swimming pool has a constructed-in wet deck for calming in the sun while getting your feet wet and a constructed-in kiddie pool so you can also keep a close eye on the little ones. Sidle up to the poolside lounge area with Tiki bar for a cool drink, take a dip in the bubbly hot tub, or daydream in the shaded under-home area with seating, TV and ping pong table while dinner sizzles on the close by grilles.

A half bath is available just inside the home for fast trips in from the pool and beach. Get the most from your vacation rental budget:

  • The sooner your group can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The best vacation homes are booked very early. Reserving your vacation rental six - twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental property.
  • Summer months are the most expensive season in coastal NC. To get the most suitable vacation home within budget, we recommend booking in Fall or Spring. You'll enjoy lower rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at Hatteras restaurants, tours, and activities. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during June, July, and August.
  • Hosts sometimes offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. Remember to ask your property manager if special discounts are available for your family.
  • Property management companies usually offer guests an option to buy vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which costs between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed time as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional fuel expenses.   • Please make sure to walk through the property one final time and scan for damage. We suggest walking through with the property manager whenever you can. If the manager is not available, ensure that you take pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
