Start your vacation off right by loading the all-level elevator with your bags and groceries to make unloading a breeze, then take a dip in the private swimming pool or relax in the close by hot tub. The pool is surrounded by lounges and chairs and offers a poolside grilling area and outdoor entertainment area with seating. The area is shaded beneath the home for protection from the sun and enjoyment even in inclement weather. Two outdoor showers with enclosed changing areas are conveniently close by.

Step up onto the 1st level deck for the screened-in oceanfront bar where every seat has an ocean view! Reach-through access into the game room wet bar makes serving drinks and snacks simple and fun. Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-returnable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
