The ground level of the home features 2 carports and dry entry into the home with immediate all-level elevator access to make unloading suitcases and groceries a breeze. The shining swimming pool is accompanied by a enormous deck area for calming and adjacent underhouse area with granite countertop for relaxing in the shade.
The first level of the home features the game room with 8 ft. pool table, huge flat screen TV, pub-style seating, convenient half bath and a wet bar with full size refrigerator, wine cooler, and microwave ideal for storing and preparing beach and pool snacks. Also on this level are two oceanfront master bedrooms with king beds and sliders to the oceanfront deck containing the bubbly hot tub, plus two more master bedrooms, one with queen and one with pyramid bunk and regular bunk.
The second level of the home features the cavernous media lounge with sizable flat screen TV home theater system with TV, BluRay player and surround sound. In 2023, GREAT EXPECTATIONS will feature Saturday check-in.
*Please note that this property has a pool that can be heated for $600. Pool heaters, when pool heat is purchased, are set to 80 degrees, but pool temperature cannot be guaranteed.
