The shining swimming pool is accompanied by a sizable deck area for calming and adjacent underhouse area with granite countertop for relaxing in the shade.
The first level of the home features the game room with 8 ft. pool table, sizable flat screen TV, pub-style seating, convenient half bath and a wet bar with full size refrigerator, wine cooler, and microwave ideal for storing and preparing beach and pool snacks. Also on this level are two oceanfront master bedrooms with king beds and sliders to the oceanfront deck containing the bubbly hot tub, plus two more master bedrooms, one with queen and one with pyramid bunk and regular bunk.
The second level of the home features the roomy media lounge with huge flat screen TV home theater system with TV, BluRay player and surround sound. Unwind in the four reclining theater seats or the comfortable couch and savor the convenient wet bar with mini-refrigerator. Nearby find the laundry room with washer/dryer and laundry sink for rinsing out salty swim suits. Also on this level are four more bedrooms. The first is a opulent oceanfront king master suite with slider to the oceanfront deck, enormous flat screen TV, and private bath.
