Conveniences include a theater room, den, game room with pool table, shuffleboard, arcade game and kitchenette, private swimming pool with wet deck, and underhouse lounge with ping pong table and poolside bar.
Party poolside at the outdoor lounge area with seating around the pool for sunbathing and under the home for shade. The Tiki bar is close by for calming with a snack as you watch the kids in the private pool and inset kiddie pool. The extravagant hot tub is mere steps away.
Inside on the first level, getaway to the game room with pool table, shuffleboard, arcade game, TV lounge, half bath and kitchenette with full size refrigerator, microwave and ice machine (great for filling up your cooler with ice). Prepare movie theater snacks in the kitchenette and head to the theater room with enormous flat screen TV and traditional theater seating. The den features kick-back seats and sizable screen TV. Two king master bedrooms round out this level.
Choose from three more king master bedrooms, one with handicap-friendly features, and one queen master bedroom on the mid-level. The kids will flip over the pyramid bunk bedroom suite with unique layout - the full bathroom divides the sizable space into two areas each with two sets of two pyramid bunk beds (four bunk beds in total).
