Take a break from the sun’s rays in the adjacent screened-in porch with a generous eight-person hot tub, or step inside to the game room, featuring a pool table, wet bar with mini-refrigerator and microwave, and sizable flat screen TV, DVD/CD with sound bar where you can amp up your playlist to an appropriate event vibe.

Thoughtful conveniences abound including an all-level elevator, accessible-friendly powder rooms on each level as well as mini-ramps onto exterior decks, and a spare dishwasher and full-size refrigerator in the lower-level laundry room. Located in Frisco, this vacation home is on the beach. Scotch Bonnet Marina and Frisco Mini Golf and Go Karts are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Frisco Native American Museum and Buxton Seafood. • Management companies and individual rental owners often offer guests an option to obtain vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any days missed as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra gasoline expenses.
