This comfortable oceanfront bungalow is designed to be the ideal place for families to create lasting memories. The open layout of the living, dining, and kitchen area is meant to bring everybody together for enchanting moments. The accommodation includes four bedrooms, consisting of 1 Queen, 1 Full, and 4 Twins (two in each bedroom). After a day at the beach, the covered back deck provides a calming space, while the covered parking area offers a convenient spot for cleaning the day's catch. Time and Tide lives up to its name by providing amenities such as LCD Cable TV, central heating and air conditioning, a dishwasher, washer/dryer, fish cleaning station/outdoor shower, and a strict no family pets and no smoking policy. It's worth noting that linens are not supplied, but guests have the option to bring their own or rent them from recommended providers such as Money's Worth at 800-833-5233 or Ocean Atlantic Units at 252-995-5868.
In case of cancellation or change in any reservation, no refund will be made by Dolphin Realty or the owners we represent unless the unit is re-rented and confirmed by the newer reservation for the cancelled period. All cancellations and changes are subject to a $75.00 charge, reservation fee; Trip Cancellation and Travel Insurance premium, Property Protection and Credit Card Processing Fee if applicable. Please notify our office of any changes as soon as possible. No refunds will be issued due to lack of fish or inclement weather. The offered Trip Cancellation and Travel Insurance covers many unforeseen and emergency situations.
