Dixie Arrow is located ocean-side with direct boardwalk access to the beach on the peaceful Oceanview Drive. The third floor has a enormous great room with ceiling fans and a brand-new (2024) kitchen with a breakfast bar. Sliding doors lead to a sizable, all-new (as of 2024) deck with an ocean view complete with deck furnishings and a picnic table. The second floor features a additional room for kids with a foosball table, a TV with front side A/V jack, a couch bed, and a second refrigerator/freezer. A private deck exits the first floor to a private decked pool. The grille, fish cleaning station area, and showers are located in the under-home entry. Come relax and point your vacation to Dixie Arrow.

Avon Fishing Pier is located 400 yards North and Club Hatteras is 400 yards West on route 12.

Finding your perfect rental:

Trip insurance, which will generally cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed days as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or extra gas expenses.
