Splash in the private pool, located behind greenery, and eat a picnic lunch on the picnic table or savor a cool drink at the poolside bar. There is plenty of outdoor space to draw with chalk on the sidewalk or shoot a few hoops with the basketball goal. A convenient covered entryway ensures ease of access to the home. Don’t let the fun stop there! Inside, the top game room loft of the home features amazing vistas. See the beach just beyond the home. Gather together and watch the island life on the deck. Play a game of foosball or stream your favorite show with new TVs throughout the home. Descend the spiral staircase to the heart of the home, the third level. Cook a meal in the well-equipped kitchen, the ideal space to move around and prepare with ease. Serve dinner at the dining table that seats eight, use the breakfast bar for additional seating of two. Be sure to pick the side with vistas of the island from the sliding deck doors or windows. Or, take the family outside and have dinner on the deck’s picnic table and appreciate the salt air.
