Unwind in the private hot tub on the third-floor deck or simply appreciate awe-inspiring, expansive vistas of the ocean and sound at Enduring Freedom!

Come home from a day at the beach to relax on the third floor, where you'll find a sizable great room, a half-bath, and comfortable modren furnishings. Cooks will blossom in the well-appointed kitchen with a close by dining area. The second floor features a primary bedroom with access to both the front and rear sundecks, as well as two other bedrooms with access to a semi-private hallway bathroom and sundeck. The first level features a well-equipped game room with a couch bed, an entertainment center, a bathroom, a laundry area, and a bedroom with a pyramid bed.

Appreciate the private pool while creating vacation memories, all in the privacy of your vacation home. Enduring Freedom has ample decking for outdoor festivities, as well as foosball, intelligent Roku TV’s, and an outdoor basketball hoop for your entertainment. And here at the end of a peaceful Kinnakeet Shores cul-de-sac, you'll be close to Club Hatteras activities and within walking distance of the ocean and a public beach access point.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to family pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Finding your perfect rental home:

• To find the best value, consider shifting your vacation week to the Spring or Fall shoulder seasons. May, September, and even October offer warmer temperatures, fewer crowds, and greatly reduced traffic. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Hatteras vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
• Book your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules usually become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rental homes during holiday get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
• Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host whether your family qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
• Property management companies usually offer their guests an option to buy trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which commonly will cost you 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance might be a a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for additional information.

Remember that most properties list the max. guest capacity, which typically includes pull-out couches and bunk beds. You'll need to work out what bed configuration is best for your vacation.
• Does your family require particular amenities? Most websites include search filters with amenity lists. Amenity filters help you quickly remove less-optimal properties.

• Ask questions. You may need instructions for a garage door opener, intercom or appliance. Contact your host. They are there to help! A brief phone call can prevent many concerns.
• Be respectful. Often times, surrounding homes are occupied by local residents. Respecting noise limits and parking rules reduces conflict and allows everyone to enjoy their day.
• Don't forget to... Ask a local! Residents can frequently help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to take kids for a treat, have a great night out, or the best spots for shopping?
• Protect the owner (and your stuff!) by locking the rental while you are out, just like you would back home.
• Re-check every room of the rental property to make sure that you've packed all personal items at check-out. Re-check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Please make sure to walk through the property a final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We recommend inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager is not available, ensure that you take video and pictures of the property to record its condition.
• Leave a review! Property owners rely on great feedback to inspire new bookings. They'll be much obliged for your feedback.
