This unique property is located on a canal-front lot where you can launch kayaks and paddleboards right from your backyard. Have a bigger vessel in mind? You can even bring your boat! Use the close by Scotch Bonnet boat ramp and dock right behind the home using the private boat dock. The canal leads directly out to the Pamlico Sound for fishing, crabbing, clamming or just cruising. With a fish cleaning station, grille, picnic table, and mini-refrigerator/freezer inside, you'll have everything you need on the ground level to prepare your own seafood dinners. Three levels of decks, including a screened porch with hot tub, all overlook the canal for beautiful sunsets. A reverse floor plan and open-concept layout in the great room allow for a water view from inside as well. Upgrades include vaulted ceilings, LVP floor throughout and a comfortable gas fireplace that can be used during the off-season.
