Welcome to Island Pines! This gorgeous huge-family vacation home located on handsome Island Pines Dr. in Waves, NC! This spectacular Outer Banks property is located on a peaceful cul-de-sac just steps from the dunes and ocean. You’ll savor privacy and a calm, serene ambiance at Island Pines surrounded by pines and cedars. Relaxation abounds as you switch from life mode to vacation mode and savor the private pool or catch some rays on one of the many cavernous decks.

Island Pines features six roomy master bedrooms, all with private baths. The kitchen and great room on the upper level are a natural gathering place and sizable enough to gather your family and friends for dinner, movies, puzzles and games. Above the great room is a additional loft which is ideal for reading or quietly sneaking off to return phone calls or emails.

The well-appointed kitchen features two dishwashers and an upsized refrigerator for ease of comfort and entertaining. With ample seating and a enormous island for serving, this kitchen was made for huge gatherings!

The upper level features one master bedroom with a king bed, private bath, hottub tub and separate shower. This bedroom has a sliding door to the sun deck where you can appreciate a peaceful morning cup of coffee, ocean vistas or just appreciating the sun.

The mid-level features four bedrooms. Two master bedrooms with king beds, private baths and sliding doors to a covered deck with ocean vistas. There is also another king bedroom and a bunk room with two sets of pyramid bund beds. The king room and bunk room share a full bath located in the hallway.

The lower level features two sizable master bedrooms with king beds and private baths. A third bedroom on the lower level has pyramid bunk beds and has access to the shared hall bathroom. In addition, you will find a spacious game room with a pool table, TV, wet-bar and full-sized refrigerator! The game room walks out to the pool and hot tub, conveniently accepting snacks and cold drinks to be just steps away!

As you go outside to the right side of the home you'll find a large, private lot for your group's corn hole tournament and also evening gatherings to roast marshmallows around the propane fire pit.

Did I forget to mention the beach! Island Pines is just a two-min. walk to the beach! You can walk a few more mins. and visit the Rodanthe pier and enjoy deep water fishing. Waves, NC is a world-acclaimed location for kite-surfing and windsurfing. Just take a fast five min. walk and visit one of the two lesson and equipment rental businesses.

Another quick walk and you can enjoy some ice cream and enjoy the sunset vistas over the sound.
