Diamond Dunes is pushing beach visiting to spectacular new levels! This 4,000-square-foot wonder, located in the modren and secluded Tides Edge cul-de-sac, faces south-facing Frisco beach, and the rear decks afford impressive sound and sunset vistas. Four main bedrooms include two private penthouse suites. The sizable great room has a wet bar and a huge HDTV with surround sound. The first-floor sports bar has three TVs, a pool table, and a wet bar that opens to the beautiful pool and hot tub. There are four enormous decks for the whole gang, plus three secluded decks ideal for snuggles or snoozing. All bedrooms are equipped with a TV. Cooking and cleanup are a snap with two fridges, a mini-refrigerator, two cooktops, two dishwashers, and two microwaves. This is really a home for all seasons.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already supplied in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to family pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Located in Frisco, this vacation home is near the beach. Outer Banks Beaches and Buxton Woods Coastal Preserve reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Frisco Native American Museum and Frisco Mini Golf and Go Karts. Buxton Seafood and Graveyard of the Atlantic Museum are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

• The earlier your group can book, the easier your search will be. The most desirable properties are booked early. Booking your rental property six to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to plan and book your vacation rental.
• June, July, and August are the most expensive months along the coast of NC. To get the best value, consider changing your family's Hatteras vacation dates to the Spring or Fall months. May, September, and October offer excellent temperatures, fewer crowds, and greatly reduced traffic. • Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like unpleasant vacationers bothering your peace and quiet. Employ the golden rule for common sense. If they like you, locals might even recommend great beaches and scenic spots you would have never otherwise known about!
• Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Residents can frequently help. Who better to ask where to go for the best drinks, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for bird watching?
• Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, walk through the property to confirm you've collected all personal belongings. Remember to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
