Ground Level: Double-sided carport parking, one side with constructed-in tables and bench seating ideal for a poolside lunch or seafood feast and an outside shower. A few steps up to the gated private pool with infant pool, loungers, hot tub with lift assist, and ocean vistas. Inside you'll find a den with a full-size refrigerator, a pub table seating 8, a TV, and an elevator to all levels.

Level 2: Game room with pool table, deck access, sitting area with sizable-screen TV, and a game table seating 4. Kitchenette with full-size refrigerator, microwave, sink, and island seating for 4. Linens and towels are supplied all year. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made except for sleep couches, top bunk beds, and trundle beds in which case the sheets are included. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom, and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
