Unique features mark this impressive home like the brick wall which surrounds the stone-laid deck around the private swimming pool and bubbly hot tub. The convenient beach access is just a short walk across the peaceful street. Inside, the first level of the home offers a variety of entertaining options including an upsized game room with pool table, half bath with an entrance from the pool deck as well, kitchenette with refrigerator and microwave, and a TV calming area with huge flat screen TV and DVD player. Slide open the pocket doors to find the theater room complete with projection screen TV and reclining stadium theater seating. Two master bedrooms are on this level, one with two pyramid bunk beds and the other with queen bed, each with private bath. Choose from four king master bedrooms on the mid level of the home, all with private baths, one which is handicap friendly with roll-in shower, and two which have Jacuzzi tubs. Also on the mid-level is the laundry closet with 2 stacked washer dryer sets and a peaceful study where you can escape to do a little remote work complete with computer and fax machine. Climb the gorgeous circular stairway to the top level where you'll find two more king master bedrooms, each with private baths with Jacuzzi tub and two-head tile shower. The inviting great room offers vaulted ceilings and extravagant decor providing the ideal setting for your family to gather and converse, or relax and watch the enormous screen TV! The group will be conveniently accommodated at the dining table which seats 14-16 and second dining table in the octagonal turret which serves up seating for eight with an ocean view. The kitchen is well-equipped with bespoke cabinetry, center island and stainless steel appliances including two fridges, two dishwashers, two microwaves, a 6-burner gas stove plus a full electric range.   • Property managers sometimes offer rate reductions for active duty military and veterans. Check with your host or property manager to see if special offers are available for your family before you book.
  • Booking websites usually offer renters an option to obtain vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which usually will cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or extra gas expenses.   • Walk through the property one final time and look for damage. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager is not available, remember to take photos and video of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
