Step inside, and appreciate the expansive game room with pool table, foosball, poker table, flat screen TV and stereo. This area also includes a half bath with access from the pool area, and a kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave, ice machine, and dishwasher. This home comes equipped with handicap friendly features including a cavernous queen master bedroom w/roll-in shower and TV on this level. Ride the elevator to the second level where you'll be greeted with four roomy master bedrooms (3 king, 1 queen), all attractively decorated and all with TVs. Each bedroom has its own access to the furnished decks. In addition, savor movie nighttime or a rainy day in the surround sound 12-seat theater room with projection screen Roku TV and a conveniently located half bath. The third level features two master bedroom suites, which consist of two kings and one master bunk room with two sets of bunk beds. Each king suite on this level contains its own master bath suite with Jacuzzi tub and bespoke granite two-person shower. All of the bedrooms on this level feature photogenic ocean vistas, deck access, and TVs. On the fourth level, the inviting great room features impressive ocean vistas, prominently visible from both the expansive dining area which includes three bespoke tables that will seat 20, and neighboring living area which is gorgeously furnished and includes a flat screen TV with surround sound and wrap around leather couch. Off the main great room is a peaceful sun room to enjoy a good book or a handsome sunset, and a conveniently located half bath. Creative chefs take note: There's no limit to the five-star meals you can prepare in the gourmet commercial kitchen centered on a 6-burner Viking stove with griddle, three sinks, two dishwashers, two fridges, microwave, two conventional ovens, a convection oven and warming tray. This entirely equipped kitchen also includes a sizable center island preparation area, and breakfast counter with seating for four people with a sink, ice machine, drink cooler, and granite tops throughout. Sticking to your spending plan:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Hatteras area. To book the most suitable vacation home within your budget, we suggest booking in Fall or Spring. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at Hatteras restaurants, beaches, and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during June, July, and August.
  • The sooner you can reserve a home, the easier your search will be. The best rental homes are booked early. Booking your vacation rental up to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and reserve your vacation rental.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner or host if your vacationing group qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
  • Property managers frequently offer customers an option to add trip insurance. Trip insurance, which commonly will cost between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra gasoline expenses.   • Lock your vacation home while you're out and about. Keep your property safe!
  • On check-out day, take a walk-through to confirm you didn't forget any personal items. Re-check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Go through the rental one final time and look for damage. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever you can. If the host isn't available, remember to take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
