This home is set up for your pets, your kids and kids of all ages ! 2019 season we can boast that we have the only private lazy river and kiddie area in addition to our pool and hot tub in Hatteras Island. Along with our own working replica of the Cape Hattaras Lighthouse in the center of the lazy river !

FAMILIES OR GROUPS OVER THE AGE OF 25 ONLY NEED APPLY. Three levels of roomy decking ensure that you get all the southern breezes and vistas that you want, with sunrise vistas on one side of the home and exceptional sunsets on the other. Relegate the kids to the ground level, with its game room with pool table and wet bar, a two bunk bedroom, two bedrooms with king beds and a full bath. At mid level are two king master bedrooms, another king master bedroom with handicap friendly bath (with roll-in shower), a fourth bedroom (king) and full bath. A powder room is located between mid and top levels. The upper level features a great room with vaulted ceilings, fireplace and wet bar, brand new bespoke kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops and dining areas, and a king master suite. Since the ocean's just a heartbeat away, your top-floor vistas go on forever.

**Travel Insurance must be purchased at least 14 days after booking the reservation through a third event company .
