You will savor a calm, serene ambiance at Island Pines, surrounded by pretty pines and cedars. Relaxation abounds as you switch from life-mode to vacation-mode and appreciate the private pool and hot tub, and soak up some ☀️ rays on one of the many cavernous wrap-around decks. Island Pines features eight bedrooms: five spacious master bedrooms with private baths and two bunk rooms with two sets of twin over full bunk beds in each, and one spacious king bedroom which share two additional hall bathrooms.

The kitchen and great room on the upper level are a natural gathering space and are huge enough to gather your family and friends for dinner, movies, puzzles, and games! Above the great room is a additional loft—ideal for reading, playing one of the multiple board games, or quietly sneaking off to return phone calls or emails. The well-appointed kitchen features a enormous ice maker—ideal for filling your coolers before heading to the beach, two dishwashers, and an upsized refrigerator for ease of comfort and entertaining. With ample seating and an island for service, this kitchen was ,add to host your sizable group! The upper level also features one spacious master bedrooms with a king bed, private bath, hottub tub, and separate shower. This room has a sliding door to the sun deck where guests can enjoy peaceful morning coffee, a view of the yard and pool, enchanting ocean vistas, or just soak up some sunshine.

The mid-level features four bedrooms: two master bedrooms with private baths, king beds, and sliding doors to a covered deck with ocean vistas, another king bedroom, a bunk room with two sets of pyramid (twin over full) bunk beds, and a shared full bath in the hallway.

The lower level features two sizable master bedrooms with king beds and private baths. A third bedroom features two sets of pyramid bunk beds (twin over full). A full bath is conveniently located in the hallway. Our guests adore our spacious game room.with pool table, T.V., wet-bar, full-sized-sized refrigerator, and pull-out queen-sized couch bed! The game room sliding doors open to the pool, hot tub, and outdoor showers.
