No need to miss any of the action ... a kitchenette is here for your convenience. Two of the home’s bedrooms, a king master and a pyramid bunkroom are also located on this level.

Take the all-floor elevator to the second level and discover three more king masters, all with private baths, and one king bedroom. Located in Salvo, this vacation home is on the beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Outer Banks Beaches and Cape Hatteras National Seashore. When to reserve a Hatteras rental & When to go:

• The sooner your group can reserve a home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable vacation rentals are booked very early. Reserving your vacation home up to 12 months before your vacation is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental property.
• Summer is high season in the Hatteras area. To find the best rental home within your budget, we highly recommend booking in Fall or Spring. You'll benefit from lower rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at your favorite Hatteras restaurants and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Hatteras vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
• Some hosts and property managers offer promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. Check with your property manager to see if discounts are available for your family.
• Property managers often offer guests an option to buy vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed days as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for details.
• Many property management companies and vacation rental houses supply Hatteras area visitor guide magazines that include money-saving deals, either offered directly by local businesses, or by way of a relationship with the rental management company and the business itself. • Don't forget to... Ask a local! Neighbors can typically help. Who better to ask where to order the best nachos, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fishing?
• Just prior to departing, take a final walk-through to make sure you didn't leave anything behind. Re-check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Walk through the rental a final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager isn't available, remember to take pictures of the rental to record its condition.
• Did your family have a fantastic time? Most rental websites make it easy for guests to provide comments. If your rental property and/or host was wonderful, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was amiss and they failed to fix it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your review.
