Only one dilemma exists: how will you choose to spend your days?

You will have to factor the private pool, surrounded by a new deck housing plenty of chairs, a tiki bar, and a 8-person hot tub, into your choices. Those feeling a competitive spirit will adore the basketball hoop outside and the recreation room just inside on the first level featuring a pool table, poker table, and a 55” flat screen TV plus a full bar area with a full-size refrigerator and microwave to keep snacks and drinks at the ready. Slow down the pace by retreating to the media room, where theater-style seating and a 70” HD home theater system lulls you into movie magic. The first level also features three bedrooms: a master queen with private bath and a pyramid bunk room with a trundle and a room with two singles that share a jack-and-jill bath.

An all-floor elevator makes moving groceries and suitcases in and out a amazing convenience. It also provides access for anyone needing additional assistance, as does a master queen bedroom on the second level that features an accessible-friendly bathroom offering a roll-in shower, grab bars, and seat. Three additional master bedrooms occupy this level including two ensuite kings and an ensuite queen. All of the home’s bedrooms feature Intelligent TVs. The final bedroom, a master king, is located on the third level and offers access to an ocean-facing deck as well as immediate proximity to the home’s open and airy great room, kitchen, and dining area. It’s here that families and friends find that communal spirit that make beach vacations all the more memorable. A roomy kitchen featuring updated stainless appliances and loads of counter space will delight the day’s designated chef as they prepare the feasts everybody can appreciate around an eight-seat dining table. Getting the most from your vacation rental budget:

  • Book your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules often open twelve months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rental homes during Thanksgiving and Christmas gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Summer months are the most expensive season along the coast of NC. Reserving a rental home in the Fall or Spring is a great way to save money on your vacation. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of suitable properties. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the high season. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Hatteras vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective vacation rental company or host if your group qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
  • Property management companies often offer their guests an option to obtain trip insurance.   • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
