Welcome to Sol e Mare!! Means Sun and Sea in latin. This beach home (3 min walk from the ocean) on the Outer Banks is sun filled with many amenities for your enjoyment. Find the sun and sea theme design throughout the beach home to convey a calming fun vibe. This home is ideally located on a peaceful cul de sac with ocean vistas, sounds and all the rest of your senses fulfilled. Hatteras island is one of the best places for star gazing. Guests have raved about relaxing and creating memorable vacations here!! Note: Service/support dogs need to be disclosed prior to arrival.
HOME RULES:
Booking guest must be 25 and one of the check in guest.
- No Parties
- 4 Car Max on driveway only (no RV's/trailers or parking on grass)
- Absolutely no fires inside or out (including candles) No bbq grilles on decks, near home or pool area.
- Pool and hot tub to be used at your own risk.
- No glass in the pool or hot tub area.
If you break our no smoking or bring more guests than stated in your reservation details you will be evicted with no refund and have to pay for additional cleaning services.
Dogs are allowed if pre-disclosed and a non-returnable $125 fee per dog is paid. We allow up to 2 dogs, up to 50 lbs. each. Dog poop clean-up is your responsibility. Please clean all dog poop from the yard prior to check-out
. - If dog poop is found in the yard there will be an additional $250 charge for dog poop removal.
- Dogs are not allowed on beds or furnishings. It is VERY difficult to get dog hair out of linens and blankets. - If dog hair is found on linens and blankets there will be an additional $250 charge for hair removal. Smoking only allowed outside with proper disposal. Please do not throw on property. Renter is responsible for any and all damages.
-There are no refunds for storms, hurricanes or any type of closure, illness or circumstances. Purchasing traveler insurance is highly encouraged to protect your investment
. Every 30 mins. of late departure incurs a $100 fee. Time is needed to prepare the rental for our next guest as we cared for yours.
