Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a completely gated private saltwater pool, carport, and driveway that fit 5-6 cars, an outside shower, a picnic table, and a sand-path beach walkway. Accessible only by the ground-level exterior door, the Recroom has a foosball table, darts, TV, and games.
Mid Level: The Mid Level is the main entry to the home. The entryway hall provides a convenient laundry area with a washer, dryer, and utility sink. Unwind with ocean vistas in Bedroom #1, the King Master Bedroom, with a flat-screen TV and deck access to the Hot Tub. Listen to waves crash as you fall asleep in Bedroom #2, the comfortable Queen Bedroom with a flat-screen TV and deck access. Also from the hallway is a roomy full bathroom, and bedroom # 3 is furnished with a bunk set, a twin bed, and a flat-screen TV.

Linens and towels are included all year. This home will provide sheets for all beds, and the beds will be made except for sleep couches, top bunk beds, and trundle beds, in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom, and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
