On the ground level there’s a fish cleaning station with water and lights, a charcoal grille, and an outdoor shower. The first level is abuzz with activity as everybody comes together in the freshly modernized modern kitchen, dining area and great room. Appreciate family meals around a dining table that seats eight or at the picnic table on the screened-in porch where a alluring ocean breeze keeps things cozy. Beyond the porch is a furnished sundeck to soak in the rays.
