The first level reveals three cavernous bedrooms: a queen with private deck access; another queen; and a room with two sets of bunk beds, ideal for the kids. Each bedroom offers its own ensuite bath and new intelligent TVs. There is also a family room on this level with a intelligent TV and brand-new foosball table and access to a furnished screened-in porch.

The fourth main bedroom, a king with private bath, is located on the upper level. Here, too, is the home’s great room, freshly furnished and flooded with natural light from walls of water-facing windows. The open kitchen features new appliances and a three-stool breakfast bar to savor your morning coffee as you map out your day. The seven-seat dining table and the living room area featuring a new intelligent TV offers just the right amount of space to appreciate each other’s company.
