The home has been a private residence for the last 12 years. The owners have offered limited availability of the home for 8-weeks in 2024. This exclusive home offers, 7 master bedrooms, 8.5 bathrooms, a private pool, a game room, gorgeously decorated, upsized decks on all levels, and can graciously accommodate 16-beach-going guests. This luxury beachfront home is a rare find with steps away from natural treasures found hardly anywhere else on the East Coast. The home is the 8th home from the West end of Hatteras Island and is located within Hatteras Landing Private Community. This oceanfront home has no other homes behind it, therefore the beach “feels like your very own private beach.” Shopping, eateries, museums, marinas, and the Ferry Dock to Ocracoke are all within painless walking distance from this home.

Ground Level: Complementing the pretty and unique ocean and sound vistas is the broad outdoor entertainment space that elegantly centers the private pool and an fantastic lanai to create a handsome getaway for hosting your family and friends. Also, on this level is one of the home's master bedrooms. The master features an oceanfront King suite with a private bathroom and a walk-in shower & hottub tub. Linens and towels are supplied all year. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made except for sleep couches, top bunk beds, and trundle beds in which case the sheets are included. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom, and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

About the Area

Located in Hatteras, this vacation home is on the beach. Graveyard of the Atlantic Museum and Frisco Native American Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Frisco Mini Golf and Go Karts and Buxton Seafood. Uncle Eddy's Frozen Custard and 18-Hole Mini Golf and Surf's Up are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

  • Book your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually open twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rentals during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner or host if your group qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
  • Property managers usually offer renters an option to obtain vacation insurance.   • Inspect the rental one final time and keep an eye out for damage. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host is not available, ensure that you take photographs of the property to record its condition.
