OCEANFRONT Salvo- Colony Drive (Formerly Las Olas II) Feel BELLA BREZZA at this bespoke designed beach front home. Parlor in the pool while the ocean waves curl just over the dunes. Take a moment of tranquility on one of the two upper decks to watch the sunrise over the ocean and feel the salt air.

Ease into the bubbly hot tub. Inside, come together in the great room and queue up a movie on the home theater system. Generous windows offer the ideal natural light for the open home. Cook dinner in the modern kitchen with room to move around. The family can eat together at the dining table, or grab a fast bite at the breakfast bar. Steal away to the desk to work from home, or read one of the offered books.

Finish the day in the master king bedroom on the second level. Let the rest of the family choose from one of the four bedrooms on the first level. Three masters and the pyramid bunk bedroom on this level make for the ideal private getaway on vacation. You’ll be feeling the BELLA BREZZA even after you leave this home.

Dogs are welcome for a fee of $200/dog/week.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the $200 weekly fee will apply for each dog and will be added once your reservation is finalized.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-returnable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
