Life does slow down when the world around you is tinged by brilliant sunsets, calming waters and surroundings that inspire laid-back living. Welcome to OUR LITTLE SECRET, a handsome five-bedroom/five-full and two-half-bath home with unobstructed vistas of the Pamlico Sound that accepts you to set your pace to the rhythm of the tide, the direction of the breeze and your own heart’s want.

Anglers, bring your boat! This cavernous home backs to a canal with four feet of draft for up to 30’ watercraft, and painless access to the Pamlico Sound just a fast sail away. A fish-cleaning table with water and a gas grille are all the motivation you need to turn the catch caught right off the dock, or while wading in the water, into a culinary feast. Those wanting a closer connection to the water should bring their kayaks and paddleboards; there’s plenty of room to store them under the home. Unwind after a day on the water around the 16’ x 32’ private heated pool as outdoor speakers allow you to set the mood with your favorite playlists while you soak up the sun from a chaise lounge. An outdoor shower and foot wash provide convenient clean-up options before heading inside to lounge in the media room. Grab a cold one from the full size refrigerator at the wet bar, turn on the Intelligent TV and recharge after a day of fun on the water. When relaxation and adventure gives way to work, there’s a workstation close by. A half-bath is located on this level, too.

All of the home’s five master bedrooms feature ensuite baths and Intelligent TVs. The first bedroom, a pyramid bunk master, is on the first level. Three more bedrooms occupy the mid-level including a king master with a huge walk-in shower and two queen master bedrooms. All of the bedrooms offer sliders to the furnished decks to take in the calming sound vistas. The laundry room is also located on this level. The final bedroom, a queen master, is located on the top level.

It's on the top level where OUR LITTLE SECRET really reveals the magic of vacation living — the inspiration to connect with those around you or to find solitude in your own space. A soaring cathedral ceiling provides an open and airy ambience that draws everybody together to create memorable memories.

A impressive chef’s kitchen featuring stainless appliances, granite countertops and a five-burner center-island cooktop will delight the day’s designated chef as they prepare the feasts everybody can appreciate around a ten-seat dining table. Settle in for the evening of streaming around the comfortable great room’s Intelligent TV. A screened in porch off the kitchen and the roomy decks off the great room beckon as the sun begins its descent into the sound. Once you’ve booked and experienced OUR LITTLE SECRET, you may want to keep it to yourself.

About the Area

Located on the waterfront, this vacation home is in Brigands' Bay, a neighborhood in Frisco. Frisco Native American Museum and Graveyard of the Atlantic Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Frisco Mini Golf and Go Karts and Scotch Bonnet Marina. Buxton Seafood and Uncle Eddy's Frozen Custard and 18-Hole Mini Golf are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
