Located semi-beachfront, you can catch a wave or bask in the sun at the beach or cool off at the private pool. Not to mention, there is no better place to watch the colors of the sunset or stargaze than the private hot tub, ideal for those breezy nights. Have fun, fun, fun - surfing at the beach or kite surfing on the sound. Charter a local boat, go down to the Rodanthe Pier, or surf fish right off the gorgeous Atlantic. This getaway is also ideally located for all those bird watchers - only miles from Pea Island National Wildlife Refuge. Hatteras Island is also a divers' heaven with shipwrecks up and down the island to discover. Whether you are a beach activity enthusiast or someone that prefers to lay low, this home is the ideal combination of both!

Inside, you will find all of the amenities and space needed for a memorable stay. The first floor is home to the first bedroom complete with a private bathroom and a comfortable bed. Head up to the second floor and you will be greeted by four more bedrooms, two of which offer access to the sizable deck that will be ideal for getting a bit of fresh air each morning. For the little ones, you will find two bunk beds and a Pack N' Play available in one of the second-floor bedrooms. A full bathroom with a step-in shower is located in the stairwell between the second and third floors. All bedrooms are equipped with their own TV to access all your favorite apps through Chromecast. When you are looking to entertain the whole group, the third floor will be the hub for culinary creations, movie nights, and mingling, as the full kitchen, living area, and a three seasons yoga getaway await. Not to mention, access to the upper deck is on this floor as well, accepting everybody to choose their own favorite place to hang out between countless hours at the beach!

Things to Know
This property is under new ownership and is completely modernized for the 2023 rental season. No beach week units or events are allowed as this property is intended for families and friend retreats.
The private pool is open seasonally from  4/26/2025 and closes 10/12/2025. Dates are subject to change.
