OCEANSIDE Waves - Sea Vista Court This gorgeous home, located on the lake in fresh “St. Waves”, is just a short walk to the beach. Located on a peaceful cul-de-sac, you will appreciate the solitude this home offers. Step up to the first level furnished deck overlooking the private pool, seven-person hot tub and the lake. On this level are two queen master bedrooms, each with TVs and sliders to the back deck. Two more bedrooms on this level, one with two sets of bunk beds, and one with a double bed, share a full bath. Also on this level is a game room with foosball table, refrigerator, TV and couch. On the top level of the home you'll find the huge great room with vaulted ceilings. There is plenty of seating around the entertainment center which features a TV/DVD and stereo/CD player. Off of the living area is the screened porch where you can savor a cool drink with a view. The chef of the group will enjoy the bright, well-designed and equipped kitchen with plenty of counter space. The dining area with slider to the front upper deck offers vistas of the dramatic OBX sunsets. Rounding out the top level is a king bedroom with semi-private bath, TV/DVD and slider to the back deck. There's no fiddling around here, just great vacation fun!

  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a special rate.
  • Booking websites typically offer renters an option to buy vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed trip time as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional fuel expenses.
