The ideal size for your group, this thoughtfully designed home offers multiple entertainment areas including the great room with exceptional ocean vistas and wood floors; a comfortable media room with Intelligent TV home theater system with DVD player, surround sound, Bluetooth device enabling streaming from other Bluetooth enabled devices, and queen couch bed; a game room with pool table, foosball table, flat screen TV/DVD, and 2 queen couch beds; a screened porch housing the 6-person hot tub and sauna; and a second screened porch off the kitchen with picnic table. Escape the heat by taking a dip in the private swimming pool with Tiki bar and cabana bath, or watch the HATTERAS MOON rise over the ocean from one of the completely furnished decks. (Fireplace seen in photos is not for guest use.)

  • Inspect the property one final time and scan for damage. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the host is not available, take photos of the rental to record its condition.
