Sitting on a half-acre in a peaceful cul-de-sac, this majestic home is ideal for multiple or multigenerational families who seek space to spread out, come together and savor their own private retreats. SUNSATIONAL fulfills all three.

You’ll notice thoughtful amenities from the moment you arrive, including a roomy driveway, an elevator to make moving in a breeze, and a private walkway to transport you to the beach with ease. Heed the call of the ocean waves or perhaps the gentler waters of the sizable swimming pool, or lounge in a chaise to work on your tan. Nearby is an outdoor shower, cabana bath, 6-person hot tub and a poolside bar to ensure refreshment is never far away. Take a break from the sun and heat up the competition in the ground level game room that features a pool table, granite bar, kitchenette with refrigerator with ice maker and a big screen TV. This level also features a sauna where you can melt away the anxiety of daily life. All of the home’s bedrooms are ensuite masters, two of which are located on this level: a room with two kid-friendly pyramid bunk beds; and one with a king. Four additional ensuite master bedrooms, three kings and one queen, are located on the second level. One of them is accessible-friendly and three of them have access to the furnished oceanfront covered deck. There is also a media room on this level with a surround sound TV and a sleeper couch.
