Constructed in 2007 and completely remodeled from head to toe! Every inch of paint, lights, fans, furnishings, cabinets, bathrooms, appliances… I mean literally every single thing you can think of has been completely redone. Ideal hideaway if you are looking for a conveniently located spot that can accommodate multiple family’s or the whole gang! A two min. walking distance to multiple beach accesses. Pool and outdoor furnishings for 15+ guests. Appreciate sunrise and sun sets from the third floor balcony!

I have poured a lot of adore into this home to give it the ultimate beach feel, but also savor a spot with some of the nicer accommodations of any of the beach homes around.

Pool table and workout room downstairs with stationary bicycle and 10-in-1 weight machine. Get a fast ride or pump in before you hit the beach!

Indoor and outdoor bar/wet bar with 50lb ice maker and beer refrigerator for your convenience!

Right in the heart of Hatteras Island, you are walking distance from surf stores, convenience stores, ice cream, coffee, and gas stations.
